The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Lagos State on Social Development, Comrade Lekan Biliamin Oba, has called for more conscious and deliberate efforts in investing in the youth if Nigeria is to grow and attain greatness.
Oba, who was the immediate past State Chairman, National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), gave the charge in a statement celebrating the 65th Independence Day anniversary of Nigeria.
Nigeria celebrates its Independence Day every October 1st.
“We rise together when we are Intentional with an innovative and growth mindset towards the implementation of the Nigeria Project. No nation can grow without investing in its youth and it is the reason Nigeria is experiencing a great turn around.
“I salute every hero of this great country for the efforts in ensuring we are unbreakable as a Nation. It’s time we all see the Nigeria Project as a collective duty.
“The renewed hope agenda is working and the stories are changing already. It is a work in progress.
“Happy Independence Day Nigeria.”
